Xiaomi will launch the long-awaited Xiaomi 12S series on July 4th. But these aren’t the only new devices that will be released at the event. It has been officially confirmed that the Xiaomi Band 7 Pro and Xiaomi Book Pro will also be released on Monday.
Xiaomi Band 7 Pro
The Xiaomi Band 7 Pro is the latest smart band in Xiaomi’s acclaimed band portfolio. It will join the Xiaomi Band 7 standard, which was released in May in China.
The company showed off the new Band 7 Pro teasers on Weibo, and we can spot some differences from the existing Band 7 or previous Xiaomi Bands. This new band will have more in common with smartwatches than smart bands, with its larger screen.
Xiaomi has not revealed anything other than the fact that it will come in two different colors, black and gold.
Xiaomi Book Pro 2022
Xiaomi will also release the next iteration of its high-end Pro series laptop, the Xiaomi Book Pro 2022 on Monday.
The teasers revealed that the laptop will come with a 4K OLED screen. And it will be supporting Dolby Vision. The laptop will be 14.9mm thick as shown in the teaser.
The company hasn’t revealed much about the laptop, let’s wait for more teasers and the launch on Monday.
Will these devices come to India?
Although Xiaomi launches back-to-back products in China, they are not quick to launch their products in India right away. If we look at Realme, which has been releasing products in both China and India without much, whether smartphones or other products.
Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi Band 6 last year and has yet to launch the Xiaomi Band 7 here in India. We can be sure that it would take them at least 6 months to launch the Xiaomi Band 7 Pro in India.
And if we look at the Xiaomi Book Pro, it may also take a while to launch here, or it may not actually launch here in India. Xiaomi has yet to launch its Xiaomi branded laptops in India. It is also worth noting that Xiaomi has a different laptop lineup for India compared to China. So we might not even see this Xiaomi Book Pro 2022 in India.
